Refund policy
Our print-on-demand products are unique and produced only once ordered. Therefore, we do not support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
Refunds/Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we are happy to offer a free reprint or a refund. Please follow these guidelines:
- Contact us within 30 days of the product delivery date.
- Navigate to the "Contact Us" section in the main menu and comlete.
- Provide clear photo proof showing the issue. You do not need to send the damaged product back to us.
- Submit your claim with photos.
Important Considerations
- Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Print Provider's facility. You will be liable for the reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.
- Lost in Transit: For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date..
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
